EXTRAORDINARY CONCERT DEDICATED TO THE DAY OF NATIONAL CULTURE. Romanian Journal. 18.01.2016

"This evening is a real feast" was the statement master Eugen Doga.  National Culture Day was celebrated on Friday evening in Cantacuzino Palace - National Museum "George Enescu". The event was marked by a concert of chamber music with participation interpretative composer Eugen Doga, with baritone Rudolf Constantin COCRIŞ soprano Ana CEBOTARI pianist Ieromin Buga quartet PASSIONE: Diana JIPA, violin I, Madalina PANCIU, violin II, Cristina care, viola, Violeta Tuta Popescu, cello, artists from Romania and Moldova. The crowd was conquered by Eugen Doga master's creations. Romanian and foreign diplomats, men of culture and art but also music lovers and admirers of the composer watched with excitement every song. The rhythms of Moldova, Transylvania, Banat, Oltenia, Muntenia and Dobrogea were found in compositions written by great national poet Mihai Eminescu lyrics and Veronica Miclea.

"Opera master Doga is a proof that looks like the one on both sides of the Prut lives one nation. We have one language and share the same cultural values," said Mr. Michael Gribincea, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Moldova in Romania.

In the same artistic formula, this extraordinary concert dedicated to the Day of National Culture will be held in France on 20 January 2016 at the premises of the Romanian Embassy in Paris.

The event will be broadcast on TVR International on January 24, 2016.

Cultural events were organized by the Institute "Eudoxiu Hurmuzachi" for diaspora in cooperation with the High Representative for Moldova within the Prime - Minister of Romania in partnership with the Moldovan Embassy in Bucharest National Museum "George Enescu", the Union of Composers and Musicologists of Romania and for the concert in Paris with Romania's Embassy in Paris, the Moldovan embassy in Paris with media partners: TVR International, TVR Moldova, Moldova 1, Radio Romania International, Radio Chisinau Eurodidactica.
